I stopped smoking on the 21st of November,thanks to Sefton’s stop smoking campaign.They prescribed patches and nicotean lossengers.I was smoking 50/60 a day.I am supprised I have stopped because the first attempt ended in failure.

I am 69 years old,living with all the ailments plus more that old age brings.I do not smoke or drink now,I feel better for it.
